TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPOILERS/BODYKITS: Buyer fully understand that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty. Due to that fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, TC SPOILER INC. is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all body kits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. because several of theses kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits require some prep work before paint. Please seek professional body shop for paint and installation. FIBERGLASS/CARBON HOODS: Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. All carbon hoods are manufactured by TC SPOILER INC. TC SPOILER INC. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or acts of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway/ show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods do come with stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins at your local automotive retailers. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop/ technician install and paint any hoods/ body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality of work performed. If any body kit/ hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough that it cannot be repaired, you must contact TC SPOILER INC. immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved. Please refer to the Shipping/Handling section of this page for further details involving claims. CONDITION OF SALE: All sales are final and all products sold by TC SPOILER INC. (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer. RETURNS: Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from TC SPOILER INC. in advance and must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product. All returned products to TC SPOILER INC. are subject to 30% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to TC SPOILER INC. All products that are approved for return are for merchandise credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by TC SPOILER INC. to the buyer. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. After receipt of goods, TC SPOILER INC. shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received. If TC SPOILER INC. does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Special Order Items/ Wing West/ VIS etc. are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to TC SPOILER INC. and shall not be responsible for any late shipments. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If special order item(s) are left over 30 days from time of TC SPOILER INC. SHIPPING/BACKORDERS: Backorder items we try our best to maintain a good stocking level. However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Back order(s) must be cancelled within five (5) working days or parts will be automatically shipped to you. We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If not on BACKORDER, allow 5-10 business days for shipping. Special order(s) will take 5-10 business days to deliver. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns/shipping. TC SPOILER INC. ships only to businesses or commercial addressed only. No residential. PAYMENT: All shipment(s) must be prepaid no COD. Payments are accepted in the form of money order, cashiers check, certified check, master, visa, discover only. Company checks are accepted upon TC SPOILER INC. credit approval application. All shipments drop shipped/ picked up (self-provided courier) to another address will be subject to a $20.00 USD handling fee.
